MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING
Salaam valley zone
4 photos
It is essential to educate children about mental health from an early age, as many of the circumstances that contribute to mental health challenges—such as the loss of loved ones, personal disappointments, job loss, or difficult relationships—are often unavoidable. The purpose of introducing mental health awareness to children is to equip them with healthy coping mechanisms. This enables them to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, rather than resorting to harmful behaviors such as self-harm, self-neglect, or substance use as a means of escape.
